Jennifer Boone Stone

Jennifer Boone Stone began her dance training at the age of 3, and has been teaching for the past 10 years. She has been a faculty member at Auburn School of Dance and Performing Arts since 2003. After graduating from Auburn University with a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Arts in 2005, Jennifer took on the role as Assistant Director of Auburn School of Dance and Performing Arts and Eufaula Dance and Performing Arts.

Jennifer began her dance education at the Roanoke Academy of Ballet where she was on the competition team. She later danced at Southern Union Community College where she was a charter member of The Southern Union Dance Project, competition team, and Show Choir Sound Dancer. She was also involved in the theatre department's presentations of Lil' Abner and Oklahoma. Over the past few years, Jennifer has spent a lot of time traveling and developing her teaching and choreography skills. She has studied at the world renowned Steps on Broadway, Broadway Dance Center, and many other dance institutions. Jennifer was an overall winner at Dance Educators of America, Company Dance, Tremaine, Showstoppers, Rhee! Gold, and Stars of Tomorrow. She has also performed at Walt Disney World in Orlando. She attended Brenau University's summer intensive Firespark! as well as the Atlanta Players Workshop.

Jennifer's choreography has been seen at state and local levels of Alabama's Jr. Miss as well as Miss Alabama. While at Auburn, Jennifer choreographed for the 1st annual Auburn University dAUnce show. Most recently Jennifer choreographed for New Horizon Community Theater's Production of Grease.

Jennifer is a certified instructor and member of Dance Masters of America Chapter 33.
